Every lead answered in 60 seconds. Even at 2 AM.

When a customer fills out your form or calls after hours and hears nothing back, they hire whoever answers first. ReplyMinute builds the system that makes sure that's always you — automatic text-back, instant email replies, and an alert on your phone. Fixed price. Live in two weeks. You own it.

How it works

1

Free teardown

I record a 5-minute video of your actual lead flow — where inquiries come in, and exactly where they leak. No call, no commitment.

2

Fixed-scope build

One bleeding problem fixed for a flat price: missed-call text-back, 60-second lead response, review requests, or client paperwork chasing. Live in ~2 weeks.

3

It runs while you work

Every lead answered, every alert on your phone, everything logged. Optional care plan keeps it monitored and improving — with a monthly report of what it caught.

What actually gets built

New lead arrives website form · missed call Google ads · Thumbtack < 60 sec ReplyMinute your automation engine runs 24/7 in your accounts Customer gets a text + email "We got your request — calling you shortly" You get an instant alert name, number, job — straight to your phone Everything is logged no lead ever slips through a crack again

Built on infrastructure you already trust — Twilio for messaging, Google for email, workflows on n8n. Every account is opened in your name. No proprietary black box, no lock-in.

The 60-Second Guarantee

Before the final payment, you submit a test lead yourself — your form, your phone. If the system doesn't respond within 60 seconds, you don't pay the balance.

Built by a person, not a platform

I'm Pranish, founder of ReplyMinute. I build every system personally — when you email, you're talking to the person who wires your workflows, not an account manager.

I work from Kathmandu, Nepal, which my clients quickly learn is a feature: your system gets built and monitored overnight US time, and I take calls 9 AM–1 PM Eastern. I take on two clients at a time, so each build gets obsessive attention.

Fair questions

You're in Nepal. How does that work with a US business?

Calls happen 9 AM–1 PM Eastern. The system itself runs on US infrastructure — Twilio numbers, Google email — in accounts you own. Build and maintenance work happens overnight your time, so fixes land before your morning coffee. Everything is documented, so you're never dependent on my timezone (or on me at all).

Do I need to buy new software?

No new subscriptions from me. The system runs on your own accounts — Twilio usage typically runs $15–30/month for a small business, and you likely already have Google. I charge for the build and the optional care plan; the infrastructure is yours at cost.

What happens if it breaks?

On the care plan, I monitor it and fix issues — usually before you notice, and you get a one-page monthly report of what the system caught. Without the care plan, you still own complete documentation and can fix, extend, or hire anyone to maintain it. No hostage-taking.

Is my customer data safe?

Your data never touches my servers — there are none. Leads flow between your form, your Twilio account, your email, and your spreadsheet. I have access only during the build, with your permission, and it's revoked at handoff if you choose.

Why is the founding price so low?

Because I'm new under this brand and I want two documented before/after case studies with real numbers. You get the full build at less than half price; I get proof. The price goes to $2,500 when the two slots are gone.

What if I'm not a home-services company?

The same engine chases paperwork instead of leads: client onboarding, document collection, and reminder systems for accounting and bookkeeping firms. If your business loses money to slow follow-up of any kind, the teardown will find it.
